- View the most recent transaction import date for each linked account.
- Check for any errors associated with a particular account.
The following walkthrough—along with the step by step process—offers a comprehensive guide on how to effectively use this page.

Step by Step Process
- Users can access the help page by going to NetCash > Help > NetCash Bank Help:
- On the page that follows, users can view all their bank accounts linked to Finicity or Plaid connections. It provides details such as the account name, the associated bank, any recent connection errors (if applicable), and the most recent transaction imported into the account:
- Users can also run scripts to import transactions from their Finicity and Plaid accounts on this screen. Two scripts are available, with the "Pull Transactions" script being the choice that should generally be used.
- Please note that users must have at least "View" permissions for NetCash Bank Activity to access these features.
- Please note that users must have at least "View" permissions for NetCash Bank Activity to access these features.
- From the Bank Help page, users can delete any Unused NetCash Bank Accounts and Transactions for each connector.
- NetCash classifies any Bank Account as "Unused" if it does not have a GL account associated with it. This script will find all accounts for that connector that do not have a GL account, query all NetCash Bank Transactions in that account, and then delete the Transactions and Bank Account.
- The script will not delete any NetCash Bank Accounts or Transactions if there are any matched transactions related to the NetCash Bank Account. If an account is not deleted, please check the Script Execution Logs. If there is an error message indicating that a record was not deleted because of dependent records, that is likely because there were Matched Transactions. The user must unmatch those first.
Deleting Unused NetCash Bank Accounts and Transactions is a permanent action that cannot be reversed or undone.
- Users can click here to view the accounts connected through Plaid—along with the buttons for the Plaid scripts—which are distinct from the Finicity scripts.
