Punchout - You have entered an Invalid Field Value __ for the following field: povendor
When returning a Punchout cart to NetSuite you may come across the following error:
The value will be in the form of a number, for example "120". This number is the internal ID of the vendor record in NetSuite for which the Punchout transaction is being created.
This error most often occurs when the item being used on the PO line does not yet have an entry for the selected vendor on the master item record.
The solution for this issue is to edit the generic or template item being used as part of the Punchout process and add entries for each of the Punchout Vendors under the Vendors sublist. Note that these entries are subsidiary specific.
