Lease Purchase Options
Overview
This search provides a detail listing of lease purchase options, which can be a required footnote disclosure item. Lease purchase options are added to a lease record by creating a NetLeaseGo Contract Provision child record with the Contract Provision Type marked as Lease Purchase Option.

Disclosure Guidance
Below is an example of a Lease Purchase Option disclosure in Financial Statements. The search within NetLeaseGo is meant to satisfy the disclosure.
Process Steps
Step 1:
- Navigate to NetLease > Reports > Disclosure Reports > Lease Purchase Options
- Select Run button
Step 2:
- The search can be narrowed down by adjusting the filters for lease, subsidiary, and/or lease type
- The report will automatically update as filtering options are selected
Recommended Filter by specific lease or by "All" to see a full list of leases with purchase options. |
Results
- Upon running the schedule, the user will see a single line schedule by lease
- Each lease line item will include contract provision key information for the purchase option
Troubleshooting
If no data appears when you complete your search, navigate to the lease record that should be included on the report to make sure a purchase options has been added to that lease.
