Approvals - Show Approval Confirmation Box Internally

Overview 

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to show an approval confirmation box when using Netgain Approvals. Enabling this setting will display a confirmation message pop-up when approved internally via NetSuite which also allows a user to leave an optional comment.

Prerequisites: Have purchased and installed the Netgain Approvals bundle and have NetSuite admin access.

Step by Step Process 

1. In the top right corner, navigate to ... > Approvals > Configs and select Approval Processes. View full size

3. Select Settings. View full size
4. Check the Show Approval Confirmation Box Internally box. View full size
