NetAsset - Alternate Schedule Report
Purpose
When using alternate depreciation schedules you might need to search for all assets for which alternate depreciation schedules have been generated. This guide will inform you on how to use subledger reports to do so.
Alternate Schedule Report
- First, you will need to navigate to NetAsset > Reports > Subledger Reports.
- Expand the 'Filters' section.
- Select 'NetAsset Asset' in the 'Saved Search' dropdown menu.
- Find the 'Asset Subledger Period End Balances' report and run the report. At this point, the report is showing the period-end balances for all assets.
- You will now filter these assets for those with the alternate schedule you are interested in by selecting the schedule of interest under the 'Alternate Schedule' dropdown menu. All assets with the alternate schedule should then be displayed in the report.
- Lastly, ensure that your date ranges are for the appropriate time period.
