NetLessor - Renewal Option Listing
Purpose
The Renewals Option Listing report provides a detail listing of all leases with a renewal option attached to the lease. Lease renewal options are set by creating a NetLessor Contract Provision child record on a lease with the Contract Provision Sub-Type marked as Lease Renewal Option. Refer to the Capturing Contract Provisions article for more information.
Navigation:
NetLease > Reports (All or Management) > Renewal Option Listing > Run
Results
Upon running the schedule the user will see a single line schedule by lease. Each lease line item will include contract provision key information for the renewal option. Select the export button to download the report into Excel.
Troubleshooting
- If no data appears when you complete your search, navigate to the lease record that should be included on the report to make sure a renewal options has been added to that lease.
